Mark Overton is a highly experienced ICT Professional with many years’ experience in both the private sector (from small not for profits to major corporations) and state government.
My technical career has covered the entire life-cycle of IT systems, from strategic planning, high level/ detailed architecture/ solution design, project implementation planning and management, development and implementation of solutions into a production environment, on-going support/ maintenance as well as the eventual decommissioning of archaic IT systems.
